Cromogenia attends the “Automotive Supply Forum” in México.

Cromogenia’s team attended the “Automotive Supply Forum” in Guanajuato, Mexico, on September 21st. This event was a great opportunity to establish contact with potential clients, such as Yutaka Technologies, and to develop business networks. During the fair, the following individuals from Cromogenia were present: Pablo Lozano (Director of Lubricants and Metallurgy Division), Ignasi Pi (Global Product Manager: Lubricants and Metallurgy), Patricio Ávila (Sales Manager of Cromogenia Mexico), and Fernando Carrasco.

In the state of Guanajuato, where the forum took place, there are over 3,200 MSMEs as suppliers to companies, as well as 352 companies classified as T1 and T2. Additionally, Guanajuato has 24 municipalities that are part of the automotive industry. Among the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) that have a presence in Guanajuato are: Ford, General Motors, Hino, Honda, Mazda, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

The automotive industry has significantly generated employment in Guanajuato. It is estimated that the OEMs have created around 23,000 jobs, while TIER 1 and TIER 2 companies have provided approximately 145,000 jobs. Additionally, indirect provision is estimated to have generated around 35,000 jobs.

Cromogenia’s participation in this fair not only allowed for contact with new clients but also strengthened its presence in the automotive industry in Guanajuato.
