S.A. was founded in Barcelona in 1942 and took the name after its main activity at that time, namely, the manufacture of chrome salts and derivatives.

S.A. is nowadays a leading supplier of specialty and fine
chemicals. The aim of CROMOGENIA-UNITS,
S.A.is to design, produce and market products that may meet
the real requirements of the people and may help to improve their
quality of life. Its growth strategy is focused on the development
of specialty chemicals for industrial sectors in which our condition
of market leader or the advanced technology used in the manufacture
of our products may give us a competitive position.

plats, supported by a network of commercial departaments in subsidiary
companies and by agents.

in her foreign subsidiaries). The global turnover was 96 M €
in the year 2003.
